Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Pierce County, Washington. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
