Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Bassa, Kogi State. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
