Retail butcher wanted in Haskell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Haskell County, Texas. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
