You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts.
