Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Grant County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
