Cake decorator wanted in Mason County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mason County, Michigan. The job is at a cake shop. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
