Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters.
