Vacancy available: we are hiring a press operator in Yabo, Sokoto State. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation 6+ years on the tools preferred.
