Captain waiter • Charanchi, Katsina State

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will work at a busy restaurant. The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Pay around ₦125,000 per month, based on your experience.
