Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Butler County, Ohio. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
