We are recruiting: we are hiring a nursery worker in Bennington County, Vermont. You will work in a botanical garden. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers You will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
