Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kwami, Gombe State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
