Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Webster County, Nebraska. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
