Bread and bun maker wanted in Sumner County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sumner County, Kansas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
