Abattoir worker • Aguata, Anambra State

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Aguata, Anambra State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
