Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Grimes County, Texas. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
