Aluminium tig welder wanted in Oredo

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Oredo, Edo. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection You will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Rotating shifts. Pay around ₦500 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
