Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
