Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Billiri, Gombe State. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
