Hydraulic crane operator — Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Henry County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity.
