Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Coffee County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
