Bread and bun maker wanted in Ekeremor

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ekeremor, Bayelsa State. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
