Catering cook — Sequoyah County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
