We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Llano County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time, day shift.
