Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Mitchell County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
