We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Arochukwu, Abia State. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
