Mechanical press operator • Onna, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Onna, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
