Dish pit attendant • Refugio County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Refugio County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
