Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Pecos County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
