Fine-dining server wanted in Nwangele

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Nwangele, Imo State. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers.
