Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
