Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Wright County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Wright County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work 2+ years on the tools preferred.
