Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Full-time, day shift.
