Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On the job you will handle: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb 2+ years on the tools preferred.
