Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Perkins County, Nebraska. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
