Earthmoving equipment operator — Genesee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Genesee County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Your main tasks: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
