Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
