Urgent requirement: grill cook (Oregon)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Lake County, Oregon. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Performance bonus on top of base pay.
