Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
