Short order cook wanted in Levy County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Levy County, Florida. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
