Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Oldham County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Meals and transport allowance provided.
