Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Green County, Wisconsin. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
