The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
