Tandoor cook wanted in Shahdol

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should bring able to read and follow recipes and dockets; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹34,000 per month, based on your experience.
