Baker — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Fayette County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Six days a week, one day off. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
