Head butcher wanted in Rotherham

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Rotherham, England. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
