Now hiring: framing carpenter (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Kabo, Kano State. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
