Bread and bun maker • Maiduguri, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Maiduguri, Borno State. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
