Oven operator wanted in Keana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Keana, Nasarawa State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours. ₦3,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
