Great opportunity: horizontal milling machine operator (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Valley County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
